Return Process

  Log into your CHARCOAL account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
